We ship the majority of our products within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. In order to bring you the selection of products, we have 3 separate shipping locations based on the product selected. Some items may not be available for immediate shipment or are not in stock. It is our goal to maintain our correct and current stock status on our site. You will be given the option via email, of canceling the item or entire order if we can not fulfill it completely. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on zone shipping rates from each of the carriers based on weight and other surcharges if the item is oversized or requires additional care.
If you choose a shipping method other than ground it does not guarantee that you will receive your merchandise any faster. If your item(s) are available we will try to ship them the same day you order. Please contact us if you would like to know before hand if an item is in stock.
International shipping
International shipments will be handled on a case by case basis. Customs regulations are different in each country so we ask that if you desire a product shipped to you internationally, simply email us your inquiry with the details and we do our best to work with you.
Shipping Weights
Bowling Balls
All balls will be shipped with a 16-pound weight calculation regardless of the actual weight.
Bowling Shoes
Shoes will be shipped using a 5-pound weight calculation.
Bowling Bags
Using industry standards, the following weight calculations will be used when shipping bowling bags:
1 ball tote 6 pounds
2 ball tote 8 pounds
1 ball roller 10 pounds
2 ball roller 15 pounds
3 ball roller 20 pounds
4 ball roller 25 pounds
6 ball roller 35 pounds (oversized shipping charges may apply)
Accessories
Accessories will be charged by the weight. Noting that most accessories will calculate at 1-2 pounds each depending on size and packaging necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items that you wish to return must be in the new condition, unused and not drilled and otherwise in the same condition in which it was shipped to you. BowlerCentral.com must authorize all returns prior to sending them back. A copy of the original invoice and an approval return tag must accompany all returns. You may submit your return request to customerservice@bowlercentral.com
You must request return the product within 10 days of receiving it. A 15% restocking fee may incur for items returned or exchanged for a different size.
BowlerCentral.com has the right to charge the customer full retail price for items returned not in accordance with our policy plus shipping costs.
You may not refuse shipment of a completed order without the authorization of BowlerCentral.com. We understand that there may be cases in which a shipment may need to be canceled but it is the duty of the customer to get approval before this occurs.
In the case that a shipment is refused without authorization, the customer may be required to pay for shipping costs both ways and incur the 15% restocking fee.
All media sales are final unless the wrong product was shipped to you.
Sorry, no returns on discontinued, seconds or closeout items.
If your return was not out error we will subtract the cost of the shipping from your return.
BowlerCentral.com will pay the shipping costs if the error was ours.
